Melts Into Air unveils another debutant to the label - Corell (aka Roman Kutnov). Submerged in a deep, textural lattice, Corell astounds with six chunks of contemporary ambient. The entirety of the mini-LP orbits shades of euphoria, dishing out an endless source of introspection. Its title part transmits counterfeit memories of a futuristic public service announcement - something distant, yet familiar. Collaborating with Igor Dyachenko on the record’s flipside, Collides gives a tense, but luminous escape to the album’s otherwise beatless drift.
